Learning Outcomes

Students will demonstrate an advanced understanding of how twentieth century writers have demonstrated a sensitivity to contemporary technological development.
Students will demonstrate an advanced understanding of how late twentieth century and early twenty-first century writers have explored and experimented with the Internet.
Students will apply their understanding of some of the theoretical concepts that have inspired modern and contemporary writers and think theoretically and through curation and practice about what forms a contemporary digital ‘poetics’ might take.
